Norwegian Cruise Line’s private Bahamian island, Great Stirrip Cay has launched their newest attraction, “Cabanas on the Cay”.
Part of a USD$25 million enhancement project, the private Cabanas house six-guests and feature exclusive service and amenities including a USD$50 food and beverage credit, lounge chairs, tables, beach towels and a shower.
Available for USD$249 through the cruise line’s website or onboard shore excursion desk, only ten private cabanas are available, with guests who purchase a Cabana for the day also eligible for priority tendering with their five chosen guests.
Six complimentary bottles of water are also included, along with six all-day passes to the Hippo Waterslide, one large float and a fruit basket on arrival.
An exclusive menu has been designed for Cabana guests including seafood, charcuterie, sushi and fruit platters, however, there is also the option to dine at the complimentary island buffet.
Norwegian Sky visits Great Stirrup Cay year-round on her three- and four-night Bahamian voyages out of Miami with Norwegian Gem visiting during her seven-day voyages out of New York and Norwegian Jewel commencing her calls from October.
Norwegian Pearl will call into the private island this northern hemisphere winter during her seven-day Western Caribbean itinerary from Miami and Norwegian Breakaway will include Great Stirrup Cay in her itineraries from mid-October 2013 following her launch several months prior.
