Brazilian Food Fiesta

A carnival of gastronomic delights is set to reawaken tastebuds this October as The Grace gears up to host the Brazilian Food Festival from 9th to 19th October 2008. Specially flown in from Brazil, guest chef Guilherme Aranha e Ávila will be creating sumptuous dishes bursting with flavour and authentic ingredients. Chef Guilhermes’ experience and culinary repertoire reflects the cultural diversity of Brazil, with influences from around the globe.

Indulge in a lavish array of dishes bursting with tropical flavour; perfect culinary delights to spark off a festive summer. Choose from a wide selection of traditional dishes and succulent meats including fresh shrimp and fish bobo, pork ribs with jaboticaba sauce and tasty endive, chicken, mango, coconut milk and yogurt salad. Sweet treats on offer include Manjar with dry plum caramel and Green papaya confit.
