One of Australia’s fastest growing, must see destinations is proud to introduce ‘The Tweed Tourism Company’ (TTC) to manage the destination’s marketing, tourism experiences, product development, industry events and visitor information services on behalf of the Tweed region..
A dynamic team of industry professionals has already started working together with key stakeholders from all levels of government and business sectors. Engaging local experienced staff with a wealth of destination knowledge, tasked with ensuring the region moves forward in a positive direction.
General Manager Bradley Nardi said, “we will be fostering innovation, driving industry growth and ultimately boosting visitor expenditure through building relationships, experiences and a strong destination brand. I am fortunate to have grown up in Northern NSW and am thrilled that I have been given the opportunity to come home to promote this wonderful region.”
Bradley brings with him an array of experience ranging from destination marketing to tourism and event development; with his last role being as the Tourism Director for the Fraser Coast region in Queensland. Also joining the TTC team are Kylie Mitchell-Smith (PR/Media), Shona Fuller (Industry Development Officer) and Tracy Moschogianis (Executive Assistant) – all local tourism professionals who have experience working in the Tweed region.
The Tweed Tourism Company looks forward to collaborating with the numerous industry associations the region has to offer. Along with strong leadership and strategic direction from DR Tourism (executive team) and Tweed Shire Council, the Tweed Tourism Company is set to thrive.
The Tweed is located in Northern NSW and offers an abundance of food, art and nature based experiences. The region boosts lush green valleys, majestic mountains, natural river streams and a vast coastline of untouched beaches.
