PARKROYAL Parramatta appoints new F&B Manager
PARKROYAL Parramatta is delighted to announce the appointment of Jean-François Savaroc as Food and Beverage Manager, commencing on 25 June 2018.
In his new role Jean Francois will oversee all aspects of the Hotel’s comprehensive dining and catering offerings, including the award-winning TABLE 30 restaurant and BAR 30 & Bistro, as well as in-house dining, events and conferences.
With over a decade of experience behind him, prior to joining PARKROYAL Parramatta, Jean-François held senior Front Office and Food and Beverage Manager roles at a number of high profile Sydney hotels including Larmont Sydney by Lancemore, Holiday Inn Sydney Airport and Novotel Rockford Darling Harbour. He has also had senior bar roles at Intercontinental Sydney and SkyCity Auckland.
With his extensive food and beverage background, coupled with his most recent experience in Front Office, Jean-François has developed an intimate knowledge of hotel operations and is looking forward to working alongside the PARKROYAL Parramatta team.
