Cover-More, Australia’s leading travel insurance and medical assistance provider, is encouraging travel agents to take advantage of their incentive, which will see eight consultants from across its agency partner network travel to South Africa to experience a luxury Safari.
The eight successful travel agents from Helloworld Travel, MTA, Magellan, Travellers Choice and independent partners who are the most improved or show the highest number of new policy sales from now until 6 June 2018 will go on safari with Cover-More in September 2018. Cover-More launched the incentive to celebrate their launch of two new agency products, which – in an Australian first – offer travellers the ability to cancel-for-any-reason.
The two new Cover-More products, which are exclusive to agency partners, are Comprehensive Care and Essentials Care. The comprehensive product provides cancel-for-any-reason (CFAR) cover, as well as a range of new benefits, including cover for cancelled tours due to numbers, cover for travel delay caused by transport providers, increased luggage benefits, and more. And so that travellers can tailor their cover to suit their holiday, the products include optional cover for cruising, mopeds and motorcycles greater than 200cc, snow sports and a wide range of adventure activities.
Cover-More General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Mike Stein said: “An incentive as exciting as this for our agency partners is a first for Cover-More. It reflects how passionate we are about getting our new products to Australians travellers via our valuable trade partners, and showing Australian travellers the cover available, and that they can tailor their cover to suit their holiday.
“Strong relationships with our agency partners are key to our success. We have launched our new products Comprehensive Care and Essentials Care as an agency-only product because of the vital role our partners and travel agents play in helping Australians to keep travelling. Agents have a few more weeks to enter and we can’t wait to see who wins our South Africa incentive so they can safari in luxury with seven other high-performing agents.”
The new policies also provide customers with Virgin Velocity points for every dollar spent.
The Cover-More luxury safari to South Africa incentive runs from now until 6 June 2018, and winners will be announced on 16 July. Travel is from 18 to 26 September 2018.
