Travellers to take the scenic route to Egypt and Jordan
In one month, Scenic will make its long-awaited return to Egypt and Jordan with the phenomenal interest received from guests credited for the addition of several new departures to the region.
Scenic has expanded its 2018/2019 Egypt and Jordan program to include extra departures of its three itineraries in November 2018, as well as between January and May 2019 and August and November 2019.
The new dates were added to meet demand following the successful launch of Scenic’s The Ancient Wonders of Egypt and Jordan brochure in August last year, and will further open up the treasures of the Middle East to Australian travellers keen to experience the many wonders of these ancient worlds.
Scenic’s sold out inaugural Treasures of Egypt tour will depart Giza on 13 April, bound for Luxor. Following a four day Nile cruise on Sanctuary Sun Boat III, with calls to Karnak and the Nile temples, guests will head on to Aswan before returning to Cairo.
Among the many highlights of this outstanding itinerary will be Special Stays in three of Egypt’s iconic Palace Hotels, as well as an exclusive Scenic Enrich experience at the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract, with its sweeping views of the Nile, and two Scenic Sundowners cocktail events. Visits to Abu Simbel and the Egyptian Museum in Cairo round out this once-in-a-lifetime journey.
The 11 Day Treasures of Egypt is priced from only $8,995* per person twin share.
For those wanting to spend more time exploring the hidden treasures on offer, Scenic also offers the 20 Day Essence of Egypt and Jordan, priced from $14,995* per person twin share.
Meanwhile, Scenic’s 34 Day Cape Town to Cairo & Jordan has had an additional date added in August following strong interest from travellers keen to link their travels to Africa and the Middle East.
All Scenic tours feature accommodation at the finest hotels available, included Scenic Freechoice sightseeing and exclusive Scenic Enrich experiences, the services of a dedicated and experienced tour director and knowledgeable local guides – including Egyptologists and safari guides, transfers, transport – including internal flights, and all tipping and gratuities.
