Banyan Tree Bintan welcomes Chef Jeremy and Pattisier Josselin
Banyan Tree Bintan will host Chefs Jérémy Desbraux and Josselin Jacquet from 3 Michelin Star restaurant B.Violier – Restaurant de L’Hôtel de Ville de Crissier in Switzerland, between 28 February to 3 March, 2018. This four day gourmet extravaganza “Le Duo Suisse” will celebrate the very best of French cuisine.
Before joining the Crissier establishment in 2012, Jérémy trained at various Michelin Star restaurants in Europe including Le Puits St. Jacques, L’Ermitage and Le Pont de Brent. He won the 2015 Le Taittinger Prix Culinaire International for high consistency in taste and great quality of his creations.
Pursuing his love of sweets since he was 8 years old, Josselin became a pastry chef at the age of 25. A chocolate aficionado who is well known for his impressive awareness of seasonal products and a perfect command of flavours, Josselin was awarded Prix au Chef Patissier by the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2017.
Together with The Cove restaurant’s culinary talents at Banyan Tree Bintan, “Le Duo Suisse” will celebrate some of Jeremy and Josselin’s signature creations that showcase the very essence and timelessness of French Gastronomy. The team will prepare a delectable 4-course set menu, a special degustation menu and a selection of sophisticated à la carte dishes featuring fresh, high quality and seasonal ingredients yet ensuring its authentic flavours.

The 4-course set menu and degustation menu are priced at USD65++/person and USD 95++/person respectively and only available between 28 February -3 March, 2018 at The Cove restaurant, Banyan Tree Bintan.
