Conveniently situated in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, The LINQ Promenade is the city’s first open-air dining, entertainment and retail experience. Options range from Promenade buyouts to parties in the High Roller Wheel House, complete with dazzling views of the Strip and the world’s tallest observation wheel. Networking and team-building activities such as the High Roller Happy Half Hour experience or bowling at Brooklyn Bowl are also available.

The High Roller Observation Wheel

Riding the High Roller
A breathtaking ride on the High Roller observation wheel represents an extraordinary activity for groups of all kinds visiting Las Vegas. Each of the 28 climate-controlled cabins accommodates up to 30 guests who enjoy 360-degree vistas of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding landscape during the 30-minute rotation. Planners may enhance the festive atmosphere by hosting an in-cabin cocktail reception for up to 20 guests.

High Roller Buy-Out
Groups have the option of buying out all 28 cabins on the High Roller, world’s tallest observation wheel at 550 feet, just for themselves and their guests. With the ability to accommodate approximately 1,100 guests every 30 minutes, a large group outing on this iconic wheel is sure to give guests a memorable experience.

Pre-Roll Room
With more than 2,500 square feet and VIP access to the High Roller, the new Pre-Roll Room is the perfect place to gather groups for a reception or banquet before a ride. Located on the same floor as the High Roller boarding platform, it offers 270-degree fully customizable video projection and high-quality sound and lighting, including four Martin Mac Vipers for GOBO projection on walls and floors and 12 JBL speakers with subwoofers for theater-quality surround sound.

Wheel House
The High Roller’s Wheel House, accessible from the dedicated Charter Groups entrance directly across from valet parking, offers fifth-floor meeting space for up to 250 attendees. Large windows and an outdoor terrace feature expansive views of the High Roller and The LINQ Promenade below. Its 2,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space is divisible into three individual rooms, depending upon client needs.

Cabin & Cocktails
For networking or team-building, groups can book a private, hourlong cocktails-and-appetizers experience, which includes an in-cabin open bar —and is a welcome alternative to the typical ballroom pre-dinner cocktail reception. During this experience, each cabin is outfitted with a bar cart and bartender and can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Yoga in the Sky
Wellness-minded groups can opt for Yoga in the Sky, a one-hour yoga session (two rotations) with an instructor and up to six guests per cabin. Guests are guided through the Silent Savasana yoga experience while wearing a headset allowing them to hear the instructor and music, while taking in sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip. Guests are welcome to bring their own mat or borrow a mat provided by lululemon athletica™ at Fashion Show Mall. They will also receive a High Roller-branded water bottle, perfect for workouts on the go.

Chocolate Tasting Experience
Also perfect for groups, Chocolate Tasting on the High Roller offers an indulgent team-building activity—or even makes a fun departure from the typical after-dinner dessert course. This experience with local chocolatier, Ethel M Chocolates, is the only one of its kind in North America. Guests learn about the origins of chocolate and how the pieces were created, all while taking in each distinctive aroma, taste and texture. The 30-minute (one rotation) adventure includes a glass of wine or another beverage. Each chocolate-tasting cabin can accommodate up to 15 guests.

The LINQ Promenade

The LINQ Promenade Buyout Experience
Meeting planners seeking a distinctive open-air event venue in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip need look no further than The LINQ Promenade. Available on its own or as an add-on to a High Roller experience, buyouts here can include space for up to 6400 guests along the Promenade. Here, planners can set up food and drink stations, atmospheric entertainers and more.

The Back Lot
Located in the parking lot behind the High Roller observation wheel, just beyond The LINQ Promenade’s east end, this open air, customizable space can accommodate up to 25,000 guests. Nearly anything is possible here—planners may arrange to construct a concert stage or even set up a pop-up nightclub just for their attendees.

Custom Packages
For a custom experience designed to meet the specific needs of any discerning group, The LINQ Promenade offers pre-set packages, which can include prix-fixe menus offered at one or more of the Promenade’s restaurants, High Roller observation wheel tickets, drink tickets and more.

Brooklyn Bowl
With three levels encompassing more than 80,000 square feet, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, located on The LINQ Promenade, is one of the largest performance venues in America. It offers a uniquely versatile venue for groups: 32 bowling lanes, six bars and a capacity of up to 3,000 guests in its legendary concert venue. With a menu by Blue Ribbon, Brooklyn Bowl excels in hosting everything from corporate parties to seated meals, receptions, award ceremonies, exclusive screenings, wedding receptions, conferences and more.

Canter’s Deli
The 3,626-square-foot Canter’s Deli, located on The LINQ Promenade near the world-famous High Roller observation wheel, is the 86-year-old L.A. food institution’s first outpost on the Strip. It offers an authentic deli dining experience for groups with a menu comprising the best of both New York and Los Angeles’ deli classics, including hand-carved pastrami, corned beef, Reuben and turkey sandwiches, house-made matzo ball soup and lox. The bakery features homemade bagels, bialys, breads and rolls, as well as New York-Style cheesecakes, rugelach, and black-and-white cookies. Canter’s Deli at The LINQ Promenade will be able to host large group gatherings—everything from corporate parties to seated meals. Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Chayo offers a fun, dynamic venue for meetings and private events, including a semi-private dining room on the main floor able to accommodate up to 40 guests for a seated meal; a second-level indoor-outdoor dining room, complete with two bars and a patio overlooking The LINQ Promenade and the High Roller Observation wheel, with a capacity for up to 200 guests; and the ability to buy out the entire restaurant, which can accommodate nearly 500 guests. A new, spacious patio scheduled to open in fall 2017 will offer a capacity of 100. Couple these flexible spaces with Chayo’s authentic and innovative Mexican fare and vast tequila selection, planners have discovered it offers a lively backdrop where their guests can dine, drink and mingle.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
With a fun and energetic atmosphere encompassing both indoor and outdoor seating along The LINQ Promenade, Flour & Barley specializes in brick-oven pizzas prepared with whole-milk mozzarella—plus a variety of Italian-inspired appetizers, pastas, salads and entrees. A craft beer program featuring hundreds of bottled, canned and draft beers spotlights a selection of local craft brews, while the bar also features barrel-aged and hand-crafted cocktails. For team-building events, Flour & Barley features a “Create Your Own Pie Competition,” a workshop where groups compete to make the most delicious and unique pies. This package, offered for a minimum of 20 guests, includes an antipasti platter of cured meats and cheeses, all the ingredients and toppings to create the pizzas and a two-hour open bar.

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar
This restaurant from dynamo chef and personality Guy Fieri serves up his casual fare—burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable dishes—in a 6,500 square-foot space including a large outdoor patio. Adding to the enjoyment, Guy Fieri’s offers 16 craft beers, a Sonoma County wine selection and frozen tap system that dispenses eight different ice-cold shots straight out of the tap. Designed to resemble Fieri’s home kitchen with lots of open space, wood and steel elements and repurposed materials, the dining area offers up to 200 seated patrons the opportunity to eat and imbibe while enjoying expansive, panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.

Off The Strip Bistro & Bar
This restaurant, situated on The LINQ Promenade, features classic bistro and bar comfort food and genuine, personalized service. Favorite dishes include comfort favorites including steaks, chops, and seafood and pasta dishes, with fresh and healthy choices available. For groups, Off The Strip offers buy-out, banquet and private party capabilities spanning two floors. The first floor can accommodate groups up to 200, while the second floor has a capacity of 135 guests, with 25 guests in the private dining area and 75 for the main dining area. The flexible private dining area can be divided into two rooms, each of which have the option of customizable music and lighting and can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
Available for both corporate groups or private parties, this sports-lover’s pub allows reservations for groups and offers food and beverage packages to planners. With 30-plus bottled beers, 48 draft beer selections, a food menu spotlighting appealing, casual fare—plus more than 50 televisions throughout the venue—Tilted Kilt’s responsive and flexible management stand ready to coordinate any event a meeting planner envisions.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
Casual, fun and festive, Virgil’s offers private, semi-private and group dining in an informal, relaxed atmosphere with live music nightly. The venue boasts two levels with four spacious patios that can accommodate groups ranging from 15-500 guests. Virgil’s special events team showers planners and their guests with its Southern Hospitality. The famed BBQ restaurant is ideal for corporate and social Events.

Yard House
Popular for its vast and eclectic menu, Yard House at The LINQ Promenade offers a globally-inspired selection of snacks, appetizers, entrees and desserts in a vibrant atmosphere.
