THAI and Thai Smile introduce flights to Kaohsiung, Taiwan
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Thai Smile Airways Company Limited, recently held an event to introduce the new route from Kaohsiung to Bangkok that is operated by Thai Smile. Mr. Kittiphong Sansomboon (eighth from left), THAI Regional Director, Greater China, presided over the launch event at Grand Hi-Lai Hotel in Kaohsiung, which was attended by Mr. Wit Kitchathorn (fourth from left), THAI General Manager of Taiwan, Mr. Piroon Laismit (sixth from left), Executive Director, Thailand Trade and Economic Office in Taipei, Ms. Tseng Tzu Wen (seventh from left), Director-General of Kaohsiung City Government Tourism Bureau, and Mrs. Nednapang Teeravas (ninth from left), Chief Customer Service Officer, Thai Smile Airways, and honored guests from the Taiwanese aviation and tourism industries.
The flights to Kaohsiung help THAI to strengthen its route network and increase its competitive positioning in Taiwan, in addition to THAI’s roundtrip flights to Taipei. Kaohsiung is an important new destination that gives passengers a greater choice for travel.
