Flight Review Scoot TR2476 SIN-LGK Economy Class 28 July 2017
Flight Number: TR2476 dep SIN @ 15:55 Duration: 1h25m
Aircraft: Airbus 320
Very conveniently, no check-in for this flight was necessary because the boarding pass had been issued in Sydney in conjunction with the previous leg from Sydney to Singapore. It was simply a matter of proceeding through Immigration and continuing to the departure gate. At Changi Airport, security clearance is done at the individual gates, so the whole experience was very relaxed and stress-free.
The flight departed Singapore on time and arrived in Langkawi 15 minutes ahead of schedule, allowing for even more time to get to the hotel and go see the stunning sunset over Pantai Cenang beach.
The Airbus 320 had an all-Economy Class cabin in a 3-3 configuration. Seats in the first row and exit rows 12 and 13 offer extra legroom.
Food And Beverage:
Food and beverages were available for purchase throughout the flight.
There was no entertainment available on this short flight to Malaysia.
The flight arrived 15 minutes early at Langkawi International Airport, a small facility that sees a relatively low number of international flights arrive here. Consequently, this flight was the only one to present passengers for Immigration procedures at the time of arrival.
Now that Scoot and Tigerair have completed their merger, Scoot offers the convenience of travelling to dozens of destinations across Asia via Changi International Airport, one of the best airport facilities in the world. Langkawi is already a favourite destination for Australian travellers to Malaysia and Scoot‘s newly expanded flight network makes reaching this tropical island all the easier.
