When and why did you join the industry?
I joined the aviation industry initially as an engineer 14 years ago with Airbus in Germany. Between my genuine passion for travel, coupled with technology – the Sales, Marketing and Distribution channels of industry was the perfect intersection for my career to take me.

Applying science and analytics to Sales & Marketing big data to drive efficiencies and growth for our clients.
What’s one of the biggest achievements of your career so far?
Having built new-to-world technology that to this day is one of a kind in the industry.
What’s the best advice ever given to you and who gave it?
As a leader, you’re always in the spotlight. A former colleague took me out to lunch during a particularly high-pressure project phase.

Jeff Bezos has changed the world of shopping. Cliveden aspires to change the airline representation and consulting businesses through collaborative and seamless processes.

Being robbed while having a knife at my throat in Eastern Siberia.

Much heavier reliance on (big) data analytics and digital platforms driving legacy airlines to an outsourced representation model through cohesive and collaborative working relations.
