Hilton expands DoubleTree by Hilton brand presence in Melbourne
The Melbourne suburb of Box Hill will become the site of the city’s second DoubleTree by Hilton, one of Hilton’s (NYSE: HLT) 14 distinct brands. Box Hill is a major commercial hub in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs and is an area of strategic significance with planned growth in employment, housing, business, services and public investment. The hotel will be located at 874 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill, is owned by the Longriver Group and is expected to open in 2020.

The hotel will boast 200 stylish and comfortable rooms, a restaurant, bar and gym coupled with all the modern, thoughtful amenities guests expect from the DoubleTree by Hilton brand.
