Café Rivoli – Gems from Oyster and Caviar Dinner Buffet

The restaurant serves fresh oysters, caviar with lots of seafood as mainstream. The freshest Taylor Pacific Rock Oyster is full of flavour and juicy for a good start of the dinner buffet. Seafood includes Boston Lobster, Spider Crab Leg, Bread Crab, etc are many guests’ favourite. Caviar with Macaron, Tomato Salsa and Sour Cream is one of the Chef’s recommendation. One of the highlights of the buffet, “Twin Pots” with two soup base, Double-boiled Coco De Mer, Sea Whelk and Black Chicken and Maca Iberico Bak Kut Teh, is designed for female guests and male guests respectively for winter. Pairing with various food items like scallop, mussel, lobster claw, Iberico ribs, Wagyu beef topside, etc will satisfy different taste buds. Pan-fried Duck Liver Served with Balsamic, freshly cooked pasta and Roasted US Angus Prime Rib Eye are something should not be missed. Every guests will also enjoy a complimentary dish of Braised Fish Maw and Black Mushroom, to celebrate the festival. Warm Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Christmas Butter Stollen, Chocolate Log Cake, Warm Bread and Butter Pudding, etc, on the buffet table will give guests a sweet evening.

Using Italian Prosecco as the drink base, add in lychee and peach liqueur with some rosemary as decoration, Bubble Santa brings guests an irresistible Christmas cocktail, available at $88 per glass. Christmas Joy is another festive drink without alcohol. Mixing apple juice and ginger ale with a little grapefruit juice and vanilla syrup to make it a drink perfect for families and friends, available at $78 per glass.
