World cycling champion joins State Minister for Planning
Last night, world cycling champion, Commonwealth Gold Medallist and MSWA Ocean Ride ambassador, Michael Freiberg joined the Honourable Donna Faragher JP MLC, Minister for Planning; Disability Services to officially open Quest Mounts Bay Road at 130 Mounts Bay Road in central Perth.
Quest General Manager – Operations, David Ridgeway and Quest Mounts Bay Road Franchisee, Don Goode joined Mr Freiberg and Minister Faragher to celebrate the grand opening with a cocktail party held at the property.
Mr Ridgeway was delighted to formally open Quest Mounts Bay Road, alongside the Quest Mounts Bay Road team, explaining the significance of the stunning new property to the strength of the Quest brand in Perth and across Western Australia.
“I congratulate Don on the outstanding job he and his team have done in so quickly establishing Quest Mounts Bay Road as a preferred accommodation provider in the area,” said Mr Ridgeway.
“The Perth and wider WA market is of huge importance to Quest’s growth strategy, as we add 790 rooms to the local market over the next two years with eight brand new properties. We have the utmost confidence in Don and the future success of Quest Mounts Bay Road.”

During the evening, Mr Goode announced the donation of $5,000 to MSWA in support of the work that they do providing vital support and services to people living with neurological conditions in Western Australia, as well as their significant focus on research.
