Club Med Beidahu is to open in December 2016 in China

Premium all-inclusive holiday provider, Club Med, is expanding its renowned ski offering with the opening of its newest Snow Resort, Club Med Beidahu, China. Featuring world-class ski trails, Club Med Beidahu offers an immersive cultural ski experience in China’s best ski domain for both families and couples.

Located in Jilin, the home of movies and film festivals in China, Club Med Beidahu reflects its surroundings with the latest in digital hospitality including the first ski and archery simulators, a social media centre with digital photo shooting and on-site printing, as well as an official Resort mobile chat service connecting guests directly to customer services and more.

Surrounded by mountains on three sides, Club Med Beidahu offers ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes from the Resort. Located at the home of the Winter Asian Games 2007 in the heart of Songhuahu National Park, snow runs snake through the forests and include a 1.2km advanced trail and a 1.7km beginner trail. A mix of on piste and alpine trails means there’s a run for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, and the ski domain is home to some of China’s best snow conditions.

There are plenty of non-ski activities for guests to enjoy from fitness lessons to table soccer and traditional Chinese Mahjong.  For those looking for a moment to unwind there’s an indoor jacuzzi and spa* offering a range of luxury treatments.

Kids can stretch their creative muscles with Kid’s Club available for children aged two through to 17 and offering art rooms, film making, cinema and music academies. Club Med Beidahu is also home to the first PASSWORLD in Club Med’s Chinese resorts; a dedicated space for teens with innovative facilities including video games, cinema, video editing studio and a DJ mixer.

Club Med’s premium all-inclusive holiday packages, which include accommodation, gourmet meals and snacks, premium open bar including cocktails and spirits, lift passes and lessons, will ensure every guest enjoys a hassle-free snow holiday. Bookings are now open for stays at Club Med Beidahu from December 2016.

Beidahu is the second Chinese Club Med ski Resort and the fifth Club Med Resort in China overall.  It comes in the wake of the recent opening of Club Med Sanya in January 2016, and last year’s successful premium Sun Resort Dong’ao Island, in addition to Club Med’s two existing Chinese Resorts, Snow Resort Yabuli and Sun Resort Guilin.
