Choice Hotels Australasia, has added to its portfolio of properties across the country by adding five more hotels to the group in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
The five new additions increases the number of properties that have joined the Choice Hotels stable so far this year to 26, significantly expanding all four brands – Econo Lodge, Comfort, Quality, Clarion as well as Choice Hotels’ Ascend Hotel Collection membership network.
Choice’s chief executive officer Trent Fraser, said he was excited to see Choice Hotels continuing to expand across the nation and build on the successes achieved throughout 2014.
“The addition of five more properties to our swiftly expanding network of accommodation providers is extremely exciting and encouraging news. We look forward to working closely with the new hotels to successfully integrate them into the Choice Hotels portfolio and provide them with the support and assistance they require at all levels of their business,” Mr Fraser said.
In Victoria, Choice Hotels has added the Bairnsdale property, The Riversleigh, an Ascend Hotel Collection member.
Building on the commitment by Choice Hotels to provide great value and reliable properties throughout regional Australia, three regional properties have been added in New South Wales – Econo Lodge Heritage, Wagga Wagga, Comfort Inn Sovereign Gundagai and Comfort Inn Redleaf Blackheath.
Choice Hotels Australasia has 270 hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, with an excess of 11,000 rooms.
