Voyager wins Telstra Travel

Voyager Travel Management (Voyager) has gained complete responsibility for arranging the travel needs to Telstra’s corporate travel needs after winning the phone company’s business late last year.

Commencing December last year, Voyager said won the Telstra Travel account after a detailed tender process and was now responsible for managing the company’s domestic and international travel.

Voyager chief executive Richard Savva said the company has arranged for a dedicated team to manage the client’s needs as well as arrange for a smooth transition to Voyager.

“Obviously we were delighted to win such a premium account as Telstra,” Mr Savva said.

“With any client our focus is on service and cost containment.   

“When  the grounding of Qantas occurred we had over 30 of our staff on deck immediately managing the issues faced by 1,400 of our travelling clients around the globe and that’s what companies expect, service and solutions when it counts.”
